To reserve your instrument, please choose ONE of the options below

Use of this link requires payment of one month's rental fees in advance (refundable if rental is cancelled before instrument is acquired). To reserve your instrument but pay at a later date, please complete the Instrument Reservation Form below instead.

Deadlines for school delivery
Ames Schools:   Elementary Schools: Wed., Sept 18
                                         All other Ames schools: Please indicate the date needed
                                    in the notes section when completing your online order
    Pella Schools:       Tue., Oct. 8
                West Des Moines Schools:
                            Elementary schools:        Wed., Sept. 11
             All other WDM schools: please indicate the date needed in
                                   the notes section when completing your online order

For all other school rentals, private lessons, or if you're not sure, please complete the Instrument Reservation Form below.

Completion of the Instrument Reservation Form does not require immediate payment but reserves your instrument. Rental fees may be paid when the instrument is picked up at our shop. School deliveries to Ames, Indianola, Pella or West Des Moines schools require payment prior to delivery.

Prior to receipt of your instrument, you'll need to provide a valid credit card to keep on file, or a cash deposit of $150 for all instruments, except cellos which require a $250.00 deposit.
