For more than 25 years, Becker Fine Stringed Instruments has made high-quailty instruments available to players of all ages and abilities. Whether you're a beginning player or a seasoned professional, our knowledgeable staff of musicians will help you find the best instrument to help you on your musical journey.

Owner Michael Becker, a violin player from the age of four, has degrees in music from Drake University and the University of Wisconsin. He was a member of the Des Moines Symphony Orchestra for 22 years.

We are located at 6567 University Avenue in Windsor Heights, Iowa between Des Moines and Clive/West Des Moines.

Parking is available along University Avenue, on 66th Street, or behind the building off of 66th Street.
